WHO WE ARE
Peter Schube, the company’s founding principal, is an entertainment and corporate executive with broad and deep experience across all areas of the media industry, including the production and distribution of television programming, feature films, and digital/mobile content.
Previously, Peter served as Chief Operating Officer for Illumination Entertainment (Despicable Me, Minions, The Secret Life of Pets, Sing franchises), overseeing business strategy and all core business operations for the company, including Illumination MacGuff, its 800+ person animation studio in Paris. Prior to Illumination, Mr. Schube spent nearly three decades at The Jim Henson Company, including the last 13 years as President and Chief Operating Officer. There, he was responsible for the worldwide operations of the company’s businesses, including its distribution, sales and marketing, finance, H/R, and administration functions, as well as the company’s Academy Award® winning Creature Shop. Prior to serving as President, he was the company’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where he supervised an international staff of 10 lawyers and support personnel as head of the company’s worldwide business and legal affairs functions.

Peter is a graduate of Wesleyan University and New York University School of Law. He currently lives in Los Angeles, where he serves on several non-profit boards as well as on the Advisory Council of both Advertising Week in New York and the California Centers for International Trade Development in Los Angeles. He is an adjunct professor at Otis College of Art and Design [the oldest college of art + design in Los Angeles] and a frequent lecturer on corporate organization / operational matters, as well as branding, intellectual property, and global trade.
Nina Hahn is a dynamic and influential figure in the international entertainment industry, renowned for her global creative vision and strategic leadership in the children's content space. With over three decades of experience, Nina has carved out a distinguished career marked by innovation, collaboration and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive global storytelling and strategic partnerships.
Previously, Nina served as Senior Vice President Production/Development Global Kids & Family at Paramount's Nickelodeon. She was instrumental in shaping, building and producing the network's portfolio of beloved global shows, spanning animation series, live action comedies and preschool programming.
Her keen eye for international partners and world class global talent coupled with her knack for identifying compelling narratives from around the world, have led to the creation of numerous iconic franchises that have left an indelible mark on generations of worldwide viewers. Nina's passion for diversity and representation is evident in her work as she tirelessly advocates for authentic and inclusive content and partnerships that reflect the rich tapestry of the world in which we live in today. Under her guidance, Nickelodeon has been at the forefront of championing diverse voices, perspectives and partners ensuring that children see themselves reflected on screen.
Prior to Nickelodeon, Nina held senior executive roles at Noggin, HBO, The Jim Henson Company and Sunbow Entertainment.
